Meredith oversees the College Relations and Marketing staff which is charged with managing the college's image and "brand messages" through strategic communications, including print and electronic publications, the College's website and social networks, media outlets, college guides, and other targeted efforts. A poet and harpist who has performed in the United States and Ireland, Meredith's second poetry collection, The River is a Reason, is due out from Word Press in 2011. Her earlier collection, Fishing Secrets of the Dead, was a Word Press First Book selection in 2005. Meredith is also an Instructor in English at Washington College. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and Master of Arts in psychology from Washington College.
